本日は休暇のため、おばあちゃんとランチへ。
妻は以前何回かこの店に行ったみたいで、上品でなかなか良い店だったということで3人で訪問しました。
こちらのお店は、個室もあるみたいですが、予約なしで行ったため通常の大広間へ通されました。
平日とはいえ大広間は7割ほどの入りです。
客層は中高年の女性中心です。
コロナ対策のため席数を減らしているみたいですが、それなりの客入りですね。
3人とも梅ランチ（2,150円）を注文。
前菜はミルクと生クリームの豆腐。
濃厚で弾力があり、大変美味しいです。
茶わん蒸しも非常に濃厚な味です。
その後、豆腐サラダ、レンコン饅頭が提供されます。
どちらも非常に素材も健康的で、味付けも濃くもなく薄くもないさっぱりとした味付けです。
生麩の田楽2本に湯葉揚巻。
ヨモギの生麩は初めて食べましたが、ヨモギの味が味噌とバランスがとれています。
湯葉揚巻は（多分）真薯を巻いていて、アツアツで提供されこれも美味しい。
ご飯ものは3種類から選択でき、マツタケご飯をチョイス。
最後に小豆の豆腐のデザートとなります。
比較的年齢層が高い客層のため、非常にヘルシーなランチです。
男の私には量的には若干物足りないかもしれませんが、非常に上品で健康的な食事を楽しめます。
窓から眺める庭園も立派で、ビジュアル的にも楽しめました。
