美殿町の東に仕事を作り、創菜ダイニング裕庵さんに訪問。
12時過ぎの入店。先客がカウンターに男性一名、ソファ席に女性二組あり、年齢層は高い。前から気になってはいたが、想像よりお客さんが多い。
入店後すぐ、温たかいお茶と冷水が供される。
オーダーはA〜Dまである。今回はＢランチ1130円とする。また、お蕎麦の大盛も200円追加で出来るとのこと。
前菜三種盛りはゴーヤとピーマンの和え物、冬瓜、玉子焼きとポテトサラダ
炊き込み御飯は、ひじきがアクセントとなっている。
蕎麦は細いが、しっかりしたコシがある。また、蕎麦湯をいただきお蕎麦屋であることを再確認する。
締めのデザートはパンナコッタの上にバニラアイス、ソースはベリー系でサッパリとさせていただきました。
寡黙そうなご主人が作られる料理をゆっくりいただけそう。
メニューには、お酒のおつまみとなる前菜、サラダとともに、湯葉蕎麦や小鮎の天麩羅蕎麦などの単品も揃っている。
次回は、妻を連れて夜お伺いしよう。
