[takeaway now available!!] Enjoy the taste of Shin Kurofune, which boasts miso noodles made with Shinshu miso, in the comfort of your own home!
・Their medium-thick, flat noodles and soup are highly rated. The soy sauce is soy sauce-like, and the miso is miso-like, creating a memorable taste! The completely original noodles are made from five |
After a disappointing banquet at a hotel on the Nagaragawa River, I visited Shin Kurofune for the first time in a while to finish off the night. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:23pm and ordered from the ticket machine for miso char siu (1,200 yen) and chose thin noodles. The bowl arrived at 9:30pm. The toppings were char siu, bean sprouts, chopped green onions, and roasted seaweed. The soup had a slightly rich miso flavor and wasn't too spicy. It could have been a little thicker, but it was still delicious. The char siu was thick and good ◎ The noodles were on the firm side, which I like. Thank you for the meal. I asked for raw garlic and chili pepper, and ate and drank the whole thing, changing the flavor as I went. It was just the right Ramen to have after a disappointing drinking party.
