13時過ぎに到着。店内は5割程の入り具合です。
空いている、奥のテーブル席に着座。
スゴく古いが、味のある店内は落ち着きます。
夫婦2人で切り盛りしてるのかな？ 奥さんが
すぐにメニューを持って来てくれました。
気になるメニューもたくさんあり、悩みますが
本日のランチの中から、とんかつ定食を注文。
タレはもちろん、味噌でお願いしました。
待つこと15分程で到着。理想的な定食な感じ。
キレイに整ってて、テンション上がる～ ⤴️⤴️
まずはカツを一口。厚みがあり脂もクドくない。
柔らかですが、しっかり噛み応えもあり旨い‼️
しかも、味噌がまた秀逸。かなり好みっす。
小鉢や味噌汁には貝出汁がえ～感じに効いてる。
ポテトサラダは玉子多めで、しっとり食感が◎
サラダのドレッシングには、ナッツが入り旨し。
どれもこれも、拘りが感じられ最後まで楽しい。
