岐阜市八幡町にあるオイスターバー、ラペスカさんです。
週末の夜に訪問しました。
こちらのお店は生牡蠣がウリ。
産地が違う牡蠣を食べ比べできます。
まずは生ビールで乾杯！
ハートランドを提供しているところがお洒落ポイント。
★本日のオススメ生ガキプレート
産地違いで3種類の牡蠣が盛られています。
説明を受けましたが、全部忘れました。笑
粒の大きさや色合いもそれぞれ異なり、味わいもミルキーで濃厚な味わいのものやさっぱりとしたものなど、産地によってそれぞれ特徴が異なり面白かったです。
もちろん味も抜群！
★鮮魚のカルパッチョ(この日の鮮魚は海老)
殻ごとパリッと食べられる海老は香ばしくて美味！
フレッシュな野菜との相性もよかったです。
★カキのオーブン焼き(アンチョビガーリック)
生ガキも美味しいけど焼きガキもいいね。
ぷりっとした食感は焼きガキならでは。
アンチョビガーリックの味付けも優しくてカキの旨味を引き立てています。
★パルマ産プロシュート+マスカルポーネはちみつ
しょっぱいプロシュートにマスカルポーネチーズとはちみつがめちゃめちゃ合う！
これは家でもやってみたい。
お酒の種類はそんなに多くないですが、ベルギービールがあったりラフロイグがあったりと私のツボを押さえたラインナップ。
このお店、好きです。
