馬喰一代の系列店のこちらのお店
いつもはしゃぶしゃぶを食べに駅前店に行くのですが今日はステーキの気分。
なので予約をして
飛騨牛赤身200gのセットにします。
日本庭園が素敵なこちらのお店。
奥の二人掛けの席からは中庭が見える。
岐阜県産の野菜サラダ
パプリカ、ゴーヤ、セロリ、冬瓜、カリフラワー、ブロッコリー、きのこ、アロエ、トマト、スプラウト等など新鮮な野菜がたっぷり。
ソースは
トマト、胡麻、バジル、ごぼう、醤油等などたくさんのドレッシングがあり、味変が楽しめる。
見た目めちゃくちゃ良いやん。
味も野菜好きには堪らないけど、ゴーヤやセロリなどクセがあるものもたくさんあるので好みは分かれそう。
飛騨牛赤身200g
レアに調理された飛騨牛赤身は柔らかく、脂は無いから凄いヘルシー。
旨みもしっかりとあり食べ応え抜群。
サツマイモのピューレが付け合わせ。
葉わさび、発酵粒マスタード、粗挽き胡椒、ガーリックチップはお好みでつけるスタイル。
個人的には葉わさびがスッキリ食べられて好みかな？
ご飯は岐阜県のミルキーホワイトをお櫃で出してくれる。
艶々でとっても良い感じですね。
途中でクランベリーソーダを頂きました。
こちらは甘すぎずスッキリ美味しく頂きました。
シンプルなコースで4400円はお値打ち価格ですね
