岐阜市にある『雪月花ながら』さんで超贅沢ランチ食べて来ました。名古屋市内にも雪月花さん。本格的な和牛が食べれるということで楽しみ。
店内は個室とカウンター席。予約してきたので個室に案内してもらいました。ゆったりできていいね。
今回は超贅沢ランチということで、お任せコースの『月』8800円を注文しました。
自家製のキムチとナムルの盛り合わせ、旬野菜サラダから運ばれてきました。どれ食べても旨い。
いよいよお肉の登場かと思いきや、その前に七輪がテーブルの真ん中に。早く焼きたい。
まずは特上塩タン、近江牛のたたき、その後は待ちに待ったシャトーブリアン。これはめちゃキレイなお肉ですね。あと大きい。サッと焼いてお皿に載せて待つこと少々してからいただきました。これは歯がいらないね。ほんと旨い肉だね。
お次はサーロインのすき焼き。こちらも大きいね。表面をサッと焼いて卵黄に絡めていただきました。このお肉なら何枚でも食べれる。こちらのお肉も旨すぎ。
ここで箸休め。すだち冷麺。サッパリしてて麺とスープどちらもいいね。この後はミスジ、ランプとホルモンをいただきました。〆のご飯は石焼きビビンバ。卵黄とナムルを混ぜながら石焼きジュージューしながらガッツリいただきました。最後はデザート。
上品なお肉のフルコース。上質なお肉と店内の雰囲気が最高でした。お店の方の対応も丁寧で安心ですね。最初から最後までどれもこれもおいしくいただきました。ごちそうさまでした。
