もつ鍋もめっちゃ美味しいからって
オススメされたので、
もつ鍋も食べられるコースを予約して行ってきました!
お酒飲まないお友達が運転してってくれて良かった〜
お店の真ん前に駐車場あるから、迷わなくてありがたい!
これ私的にポイント高いとこ
まずは黒ウーロン茶で乾杯笑
黒烏龍茶置いてあるのも嬉しい✨
最初に出てきたのが
もやしナムルとキムチと生姜の甘酢漬け
チョレギサラダ
少し箸休めに残しといて
お肉スタート!!!
最初に出てきたのは
ミノ刺しと生セン
ミノにはレモンを絞って サッパリ美味しい〜
ミノ刺し初めて食べたけど これクセになる
塩タン
1度も冷凍してないって生のタン
柔らかい〜✨
上手に焼けた!
塩ベースのタレで
次にきたのが
みなと牛 の シャトーブリアン
みなと牛は岐阜で通常より長く48ヶ月肥育された雌牛ちゃんなんだって説明してくれた
脂のサシは少なめでサッパリした赤身で美味しい
歯がいらないやわらかさ✨
これ飲めますわぁ〜
味は お塩が2種と黒胡椒
トリュフ塩 と、なんか有名な大粒の塩
胡椒も間違いない!
あと山葵 やっぱ最高〜
薄切りのミスジはサッと炙って
歯応えと肉の旨みがサイコー
次に赤身の王様と勝手に私が思ってるランプちゃん
うまい〜〜〜としか言えない
タレも好みで使い分けられるし
ほんと美味しく食べられた
かなり満足な焼き肉
なのに ここからまた
美味しいもつ鍋が
醤油か味噌を選べて
味噌を選択
甘い白味噌のスープ初めて食べた!

でも デザートは別腹!笑
杏仁豆腐のメロン甘くて合う✨
かき氷もやってますって聞いて、思わず追加
ちょうどマンゴーに変わったそうで
フレッシュマンゴーしっかり使ったソースが美味しい
かき氷だった
今回は6500円(税抜)のコースに少し追加したかたち
お腹限界 大満足
これこの値段ですごいコースだわ〜❤️

西尾に楽しいら
と系列店があるので
またそっちにも行きたいと思った!

I had some business to go to Gifu, so I booked this course that I had been to before and it was really good! In order to eat deliciously, I completed my errands early and walked around Mt. Kinka, hahahahaha Now I look at the Bashoen ❤️ Tabelog and even though I knew the contents of the course in advance, I was so excited! ! The contents of the course are... (Sorry if there are any mistakes as this is my memorandum) Choregi salad Bean sprout namul Chinese cabbage kimchi Pickled fresh ginger Mino sashimi Raw senmai (Yuzu pepper) Upper tongue Ago Chateaubriand (French rock salt, truffle salt, wasabi stalk, pepper) Yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce Lamp Ichibo Offal hot pot with white miso or soy sauce for dipping Champon noodles or rice porridge Dessert Vanilla ice cream or yuzu sorbet and lots of other options It's amazing to have a menu like this for only 7,150 yen (tax included) As expected from a yakiniku restaurant. All of the meat is definitely delicious. The top tongue is not frozen. The seitan was crispy and delicious.The tongue wrapped in the green onion sauce was also refreshing.The chateaubriand was delicious and you could tear it apart with your chopsticks❤️They also had a variety of seasonings.The pepper was delicious, and it wasn't too spicy even if you added a lot of it. The sauce Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is lean meat that looks shiny and has good fat ❤️ I wanted white rice so I added it lol So I ended up using noodles to finish off the offal hot pot. I couldn't eat it all and wanted to take it home! Offal hot pot is authentic Kyushu Hakata style! The authentic noodles are also ordered, and the raw senmai that comes out at the beginning is said to be the way they are eaten there.Hearing such stories makes me want to take a trip to Hakata to eat all the food! ! ! I don't have many opportunities to eat white miso offal hot pot, so it was really delicious.It was so delicious that I bought a take-takeaway set of offal hot pot as a souvenir for my children who were home.Includes offal soup, garlic, burdock, noodles, and condiments (sesame, hawk claws, yuzu pepper) Prepare by yourself. I thawed the frozen cabbage and chives in the refrigerator, and then made takeaway the next day and made it with soy sauce.The soy sauce was refreshing.The next day, I made it as porridge and was very satisfied❤️If you want to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Yakiniku in Gifu, this is Bashoen. Appetizers too. It's really good and you can enjoy other things besides Yakiniku (Grilled meat).
