久しぶりの、焼肉百名店とのことで楽しみに訪問。少し細い道路を進み、到着。テナントの1階で驚きました。外観は、わりと新しめのお店です。
雨の平日で、店内は静かでした。焼肉屋さんなのにジャズが流れる。ガスの無煙ロースター。
メニューを見て悩みます。サイドメニュー、食べたい物がいっぱい。結局、豆もやし、芽生姜酢漬け、センマイ刺しチョジャン、牛ミノ刺し、大阪鶴橋チャンジャを注文。この中で、おススメは、ミノ刺しです。湯引きしたミノをゴマ油味でいただく。
そして、焼きスタート。まずは上塩タン、オススメだけあって絶品。おススメ。和牛カルビめなかなか良かったです。
薬味や塩、調味料なども無料でチョイス出来ます。こちらは、卵黄、トリュフ塩を選択しました。
あと、お肉のおススメは、山椒味噌焼き。この日は、レバーが品切れで、こころが登場、うまい。
ここから、博多牛もつ鍋にチャレンジ。味が3種類から選べます。スタッフさんのおススメ、胡麻香る醤油に決定。けっこうお腹は膨れてるけど、なかなか美味しいので、箸が止まりません。あっという間に完食。北海道名物じゃが豚を追加しましたが、次回からは必要ないなぁ。〆は、素直に卵雑炊。ご馳走様でした。
