今回の岐阜最後の夜。
やはりイタリアンで〆たいと。
ホテルの向かいの店は
ピザ窯の周りに人はいたが
スタッフがイタリア研修中とな？
そこの裏側にここの店がある。
週末の夜なので、電話してみると
カウンターの隅が辛うじて空いているとのこと。
立派なピザ窯こそないものの
生地が美味しいらしい。
お店に入り、カウンター席に腰掛け、
メニューを見るとピッツァも500円以内。
グラスワインも400円とな！
ほなシラスのマリナーラ480円をば。
グラスワイン（白）400円と合わせよう。
お通しはキャロットラペ。
これも甘味も仄かになかなか美味しい。
ピッツァは焼きむらなどもなく
生地の小麦の美味しさが伝わるな。
シラスは釜揚げなので、味も濃く
トータルでも美味しくいただける。
短時間の滞在やったけど
普段使いにもアリやと思う。
リーズナブルなので若いお客さんも。
キリン一番搾りのサーバーもあるので
居酒屋として使う人が多い店やけど、
やはりピザを食べて欲しいなぁ。
