先日は、岐阜駅近くに最近出来た、鳥焼肉の店トリケンへ。
実は、ここのお店は、今日で4回目の来訪です。
最初は、職場の同僚に美味い鳥焼肉屋が岐阜に出来たと連れて行って貰ったのが最初で主に、職場の仲間と来店する事が多いですが今回は1人での来訪、毎回元気にスタッフが迎え入れてくれるのも実に好印象です。
鳥好きの私は、色々食べに行きますが、ここの鳥焼肉は絶品です。
毎日新鮮な捌きたての鶏肉を教えてくれるのも嬉しいサービスでした。
焼肉のお勧めは、その日によって変わりますので、その日のお勧めを注文するのが良いと思います。
今日は、取れたてのハツ、セセリとあぶり肝（レバ刺し）、生ビール二杯を頂きました。美味い。
