It's been a month since it was featured on the local TV program PS Junkin in February, and it's still bustling, so I usually just drop in alone, but this time there was a group of five so I made a reservation. When I've sat at the counter alone, they've always cooked the oysters for me, so this was the first time I've cooked the oysters myself! I got the slightly better selection 3-item and 5-item platter with everything except the skin, and the innards with the recommended miso (´∀`∩) Although it was my first time grilling by myself, my friend, who is the grilling master, grilled it efficiently, so it was a blissful experience of just eating the deliciously cooked food ♡ There is a manual on how to grill, so even those who are not confident can do it ♪ You can also have the grill replaced ♫ The appetizer fee is 250 yen, but it comes with a delicious one ♡ If you order the same drink, you can get a refill if you take your glass to the counter ⤴︎⤴︎⤴︎ The chicken Yakiniku (Grilled meat), which is served in a large serving, takes a while to be served, so I recommend ordering a speedy menu ˙³˙ )ﾉ" The crispy grilled chicken skin, which was the main dish on the show, is so delicious that it goes down in no time, so I ordered five servings without hesitation lol. The 150-hour curry made by the owner, who has a background in French cuisine cuisine, was also good, as there were five of us.
