ビストロランチが、食べたく気になっていたお店
当日電話すると忙しいせいかでず。他店を検索していると折り返し電話あり
ランチ予約して訪問。シェフとホールの2人で、まわされてます。
ランチメニューもありましたが、寒かったので温かい料理食べたく、アラカルトとの事
牛の赤ワイン煮込みにしたら、ランチセットにして下さいました。親切なシェフ
前菜は、バジルチキンホタルイカのサラダ、
(蛍イカは、少しくさみあり)
スープは、赤蕪スープ
(お皿温めてあり、美味しい)
メインは、牛の赤ワイン煮込み
(お肉はトロトロだけど、少し酸味が強く深味少なく尖った感じ)
コーヒー
2500円を考えれは、コスパはいいかな。
