鴨肉が大好きなんだけど、これもあまり馴染みがないっつか、鴨メインの店ってあまり聞いたことが無い。このお店ではその鴨肉料理がオシになってるそうな。
いただいたのは鴨肉のローストでした。一般的なイメージの鴨肉に比べて臭みが少なくて、食べやすいです。せっかくだからコースじゃなくて単品で、鴨ばっかり頼めばよかったな。
