Suminoe-cho, Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture, within walking distance from Gifu Station Creative Cuisine ✕ Meat Bar and the description says Western style Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) ■Description of this restaurant (excerpt from the website) We offer casual cuisine with a new essence based on Italian Spanish Cuisine. Please enjoy a relaxing moment with comfortable chill-out music in a stylish space unified in Brooklyn style. Pork Cutlet After dinner, I went deep into the mountains of Ibigawa Town to take pictures of the missing data from the tower weeding. There were eight of them, and even though it was a low mountain, I had to climb the patrol route up to the tower many times. I've been wanting to go to the upscale Tabelog restaurant, but I decided to try this one that I BM'd on a long time ago. There is no parking lot affiliated with the restaurant ❔ There is a coin-operated parking lot nearby ❔ 200 yen/40 min, There are 9 counter seats right after entering the restaurant and 4 tables in the back, and the background music is a calm female jazz vocalist, so the atmosphere is very nice ❕ I looked up some songs on Google and thought about buying 2 albums. I asked "What do you recommend?" and they explained in detail about the three types of dishes: a veggie plate with seasonal vegetables as the main dish, a wild plate with meat as the main dish, and a pasta lunch with daily pasta, so I ordered the wild plate with meat as the main dish for 1,200 yen. Tabelog I forgot to ask for it until after I paid for my order (lol). Prosciutto Prosciutto The garlic soy sauce brings out the flavor of the chicken, and it has a delicious flavor. The quiche is crispy and has a delicious flavor of cheese and egg yolk. Simmered dish The quiche itself is salted and topped with ketchup and olive oil, giving it a light and complex flavor. Tabelog The soups like Simmered dish have a slight taste of chemical seasoning on the tongue, but it's not so strong that it's detestable. Tabelog I've been able to sense the chemical composition ever since then. I was able to choose from several types of juices, including orange, calpis, and oolong tea, and there was no coffee. I'm sure they thought I was an instagrammer since I was snapping photos of various things. The initial explanation was polite and favorable, but when I asked about the free drinks at checkout, the response was somewhat cold and brusque.
