ディナーに行って来ました！
こちらは行こうかな…どうしようかな…と思っていたお店でしたがお誘い頂いたのでチャンスと思い行って来ました！
駐車場はありません。
こちらはまだ去年出来たばかりの新しいお店です。
お店の前を通るといつも人が一杯入っていて人気があるようです。
それもそのはず、こちらは大野にある地元民に愛される有名な焼肉屋さんがやっているらしく、そこはホルモンが売りなんだそう。
しっかり予約してやって来たから安心さ！
店内は明るく清潔感があり、接客してくれた女の子達は不馴れな感じがしましたが一生懸命やっていました。
しかも、よくみたらテーブルの上に来店を喜ぶメッセージが♪
嬉しい気遣いですね。
掘こたつなのも嬉しい！
メニューを拝見、ホルモンが売りなだけにホルモンの種類が豊富！
内臓系が色々あります。
ただ、タン等の人気メニューがなんと売り切れ！
早めの来店をおすすめします。
それでは注文したものと感想は下記です。
【豆もやし】450円
まずメニューで目に入った自家製豆もやし！
これが胡麻油がかなりきいていて美味しいです。
塩加減も丁度よく、箸が…箸が止まらない！
ここに来たら毎回頼まなくては。
【じぃじの餃子】380円
40年以上のキャリアを持つ中華料理人が握る自慢の餃子だそうです。
私は皮はぱりぱり派なので食感が物足りないかな。
やや肉に臭みを感じましたが、お味は良かったです。
【上カルビ】830円
定番の上カルビは柔らかくジューシー！
甘い脂が疲れた身体に染み渡ります 笑
【ハラミ】980円
柔らかく、ハラミ独特のほどける食感が楽しいです。
赤みなれど脂もそこそこ感じられる美味しいハラミでした。
【塩ホルモン】460円
本日一番感動したのがやはりお店の売りであるホルモン！！！
これが…これがお酒にとんでもなく合う憎いやつぅ！！！
ホルモンといっても脂の塊はついておらず、食感を楽しむタイプ。
こりこりとした食感の後になんとも言えぬコクがふわりと広がる！
この後を引く感じがたまりませんね。
塩で頂いたのでより一層味わえました。
総合的にみまして、注文したもの全て美味しかったです。
ホルモンが売りですが他のものもしっかり美味しく、接客にも丁寧さが感じられて好感がもてました。
玉宮で焼肉ならここがいいかも？
