飲み放題付きのコースで利用。
最初に丁寧に本日コース内容が説明される。
特におすすめのメニューが予め紹介され、
こっちも身構えてハードルが上がる。
まずはタンから。
焼く前に網でレモンを塗ってから焼くのがおすすめらしい。実際にやって見たところ、レモンの酸味ではなく風味をタンが纏う感じ。
これはこれでありかなって思った。
ほいで、名物ホルモン2種。
これは見たらわかるうまいやつやん。
ビール泥棒
噛むとアブラが…それをビールで…優勝です。
そして赤身。

まぁ赤いけど。
これはどちらかと言えば白米泥棒。
ご飯が進みそう。
って思いながら酒をクイっと。
からのミックスホルモン。
数えてんのかな？って思うくらい
全種類1人1枚ずつあった。
ちなみにこれはずっとそう。

最後にお口さっぱりデザートでおしまい。
