[Tempura Gozen] On this day, we headed to Wakasugi, a Tempura restaurant in Kanda Town. This is a store that caught my attention every time I passed by. The stylish Japanese structure has stylish woodgrain tiles. There seems to be a spacious counter and a private room in the back. I ordered Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) while thinking about Tempura bowl. Listen to the sound of Tempura being fried while enjoying the gentle flavor of chawanmushi. After a while, the dressed ingredients appeared. Freshly fried and piping hot, it's delicious. The lightly fried batter makes you realize how light it is every time you eat it. Shrimp with plump flesh and plump salmon. Each vegetable has a rich texture, flavor, and sweetness. The eggplant was especially impressive. The moment you put it in your mouth, it has just the right amount of firmness, and once you bite into it, it turns into a melty texture with just the right amount of cooking. The taste is wonderful with the addition of salt. The black sesame ice cream for dessert has a rich flavor and is very satisfying. I'm happy to be able to have authentic Tempura at a reasonable price. Some people use it alone, so it might be easier to get in than you think from the outside. I visited around 11:40 on a weekday and there were no other customers, but 3 groups came after that.
