A restaurant run by a chef who trained at a famous Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) in Gifu! It's on the second floor of Gifu Yokocho. They carefully finish each item one by one. The place has changed in a short time and it feels like it's getting bigger. A large TV was also available. The famous appetizer is two pieces of chicken version of smoked jerky, edamame and grilled eggs. Then, we ordered a plate full of cabbage and salted kelp (free refills), as well as Tsukimi meatballs, Kimoyaki, and marbled chicken fillet, all a la carte. You can also have heart and gizzard tops. Delicious chicken made with careful work. As for drinks, we have a wide variety of highballs such as Kaku Highball, Chita, and Jin Beam, so there's nothing to say. The owner is a person who loves Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), and will even tell you the best-before date, saying, ``Please eat it while it's fresh.'' At the end, instead of chewing gum or candy to cleanse your palate, you'll also receive a bite-sized pinot of Ice cream, which will leave your mouth and aftertaste refreshed. I also received a point card and a sticker, so I want to come with my family next time.
