名古屋名物「台湾もつ鍋」の元祖といわれてるお店。
岐阜にオープンされてから行きたいな～と思ってました！
遅くなっちゃったけど、ようやく来店♪
日曜の夜おじゃましました。
少し早い時間帯だったからか、空いてました。
いただいたもの
・ウーロン茶 280円
・厚揚げ韓国酢醤油 480円
・おつまみナムル 480円
・元祖台湾もつ鍋 極 2人前 3160円
鍋の具追加で
・豚バラ 580円
・つくね 430円
・雑炊セット 480円（すべて外税）
ねぎ山もりの厚揚げとナムルをまずいただいて
その間に台湾もつ鍋を準備してもらいました。
唐辛子たっぷり～
でもこれでも中間の辛さの「極」。
極極（ごくきわ）にしたかったんだけどね～
同行者に考慮しました。
なので、別皿で追い唐辛子をもらって己のみ極極（ごくきわ）に。
醤油ベースのスープは食べやすいあっさりめな感じ。
台湾ミンチが味のポイントですね。
ピリッと後引く美味しさ～
追いトッピングで十分に満喫した後は、〆！
ラーメンか雑炊か迷いました卵が付く雑炊にしました。
最後まで美味しく食べきりました！
