玉宮エリアの南寄りにあるお店です。
台湾もつ鍋と聞くと、台湾ラーメンのスープのようなものに具が入った鍋を想像しますが、正しくそんな感じです。
台湾ラーメン特有の元々旨味と辛味が強いスープで煮込んだもつは、とても味わい深く美味しいです。鍋自体も美味しいのですが、それよりも何よりもシメのラーメンには皆さんハマるかと。
他にも厚揚げ豆腐や珍しいコリコリ刺しなど食べましたが、どれもおいしかったです。
そして何よりも、店長の人間性がいい。
見た感じはチャラい雰囲気を醸し出しているのですが、実はとても気の利く好青年です。
スタッフの女の子もにこやかでかわいらしく感じが良かったです。
知り合いに話したら、私以外からも何度か聞いたことがあると言ってたので、皆がそう感じているんだと思います。
