Even though we waited 80 minutes for the cable car at Gifu Park, we were told that we would not be able to enter the castle in time, so we gave up on Mt. Kinka and returned to Gifu Station. I passed by the huge queue of Kiou and went to Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) Taiwan. I brought my wife with me, so I was talking to her about the hot pot that said it was for two people, and when she looked into it, she found out that there was also a hot pot for one person. When I entered the store, there was definitely a customer eating a hot pot. It seems that even one person can eat hot pot. You can choose the spiciness of Taiwanese Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) from three levels, so go for the least spicy. Ugh, it's delicious. I was worried that the flavor would be strong and salty, but it was not that bad and was delicious. I like this kind of thing. To finish off the meal, we had one serving of Ramen, which we shared between two people. This was also delicious.
