見つけた！
週末寿司ランチでこの1ヶ月、満足な成果をあげられずにいましたが、やっと見つけました。でも、名駅ではなく岐阜でした。
寿司ネタの美味しさは言うまでもありませんが、握りの柔らかさは中々です。形を保ったまま、口に入れるとほろっと解ける感じの握り。好きです。
名古屋では小肌が出てこないので残念に思っていましたが小肌も出ました。春子も絶品でした。
ガリもスライスではなくぶつ切り。これも良いですね。
それでいて名駅に比べて安い。大体3分の2くらいの感じですね。価値と価格を計算すると半分くらいのコスパだと感じました。
美味しいし安いし言うことありません。
また伺いたいと思います。

前回美味しかったので、嫁に食べさせたくて連れて行きました。前回と変わらず美味しいお鮨でした。
嫁も喜んでいたようですし、上々のGWランチ。
強面の大将、寡黙に握っていますがひとたび話し始めると面白くて楽しいです。会話も鮨の一部なので総合的に良い店と言えるでしょう。
