[takeaway available] This is the second store of Pin Thai, a restaurant ranked highly in the Gifu Prefecture Thai Cuisine rankings.
Pin Thai II is a restaurant run by an owner from northeastern Thailand (Isan region). It is the second branch of Pin Thai, a popular Thai Cuisine in Nayanagi-cho. The chef, who used to work at a hotel |
The other day, I was looking for a dessert shop that had opened in Midono-cho, and I happened to come across Pintai in Onami-cho, so I visited it for the first time at lunchtime. The interior of the shop is designed like a shop with a waiter, and you can sit on the sofa and relax in a luxurious atmosphere. Perhaps because it is located behind a street, there were no customers before or after me. There was a foreign woman in charge of the dining area, and foreign music was playing inside the shop, giving it a full exotic feel. I ordered Paciu (thick fried rice noodles with pork and green vegetables) with soup, fried spring rolls, and dessert for 980 yen. First, chicken soup, salad, fried spring rolls, and dessert were served, followed by rice noodles. The fried spring rolls and salad were seasoned with sweet and spicy flavors. The rice noodles were also dark in color, but not strangely spicy. The dessert was seedless lychee in syrup. Perhaps because I worked part-time at an Indonesian Cuisine restaurant when I was a student, the taste seemed familiar and very gentle. Thank you for the meal. I can't deny that it's difficult to get in, but it was very delicious. I'll visit again.
