でもお店は４階
よくあるドミトリーホテルみたいな
１階入り口…
階段で４階まで登ると
オープンデッキ
晴れやかな今日の陽射しにピッタリ
ドア開けっ放しのカレー屋さんがそこにはありました。
インテリアは
こだわりアリアリのおしゃれグラフィティーネタに
店内は包まれていて
何故かお店奥にテントが設営されてます。
その中でもカレーが食べられる様です。
オーダーは
錬厨房特製ラー油のスパイス麻婆カレーと
ズッキーニの冷製グリーンカレー＋チンゲンサイの
アチャール、バタフライピーごはんと
オレンジのアチャール＆スパイシーラー油煮卵

こちらが品名でカレー一皿です。
品名が長いw
ただの賑わせではなく
大きな大皿に綺麗に盛り付けられていて
仏教の曼荼羅みたいで
二色カレー同士が干渉しない様に
具で上手く堰き止められていてダムの役目を
果たしているでしょう。
私は混ぜるのが苦手なので
食事は綺麗にアートに食べるタイプなので
半分くらい旨さを体験出来ずに
勿体ない事をしてるのかも知れませんが
やはり綺麗に美しくしなやかに食べたいですよね。
ピリ辛で凄くスプーンが進みます。
医食同源を思い知らされた芸術品を
楽しめました♪
なおランチ時、好きなソフトドリンクが
セルフで飲み放題らしいです。
