うーん。
蕎麦としてはあんまり美味しくなかったなあ。
蕎麦風うどんって感じでしたな。
二八なのかな？
味香りは弱く、
小麦強めって感じでしたな。
極細で、
茹で加減は良く、
締め具合、水切りも良いので、
喉越しと歯応えは良かったですな。
つゆが異常に濃かったですな。
品のない甘みで、
好みでなかったなあ。
頼んだ全ての縁味のバランスが悪かったなあ。
かけもお稲荷も、
しょっぱすぎてきつかったなあ。
天ぷらも残念で、
揚げ方も素材もあんまりでしたなあ。
特にエビが貧相でしたなあ。
エビやめて他の安い野菜のクオリティ上げた方がいいですな。
美味しい蕎麦が食べたいときにはこないが、
ランチとしてはお得で、
近くの職場の人には重宝されるでしょうな。
夜は居酒屋っぽい感じなのかな？
地下にあって高まる感じも良かったですな。
あと、謎にWi-Fiが使えるのも良いですな。
