鶏料理を堪能
6月頃にオープンしたお店！
馬刺しや鶏刺し、水炊きなどがお勧めのようです(・∀・)
店内は二階建てで今回は2階に案内してもらいました。
オーダーは自分のスマホでQRコードにて注文と初めてやりました（笑
馬刺しか鶏刺しか迷いましたが種類が多い鶏刺しを注文。
モモ、ムネ、ササミまでは今まで食べたことあったのですが
砂肝とレバーは珍しい(・∀・)
臭みなくレバーは濃厚！砂肝もコリコリ食感があり凄く美味しいです！下に敷いてあるツマなど残った物をドレッシングで和えて提供してくれるのも素晴らしいサービスだと思います。
水炊きは店員さんがよそってくれるのでいい状態で提供してくれます。出汁は鶏白湯のように濃く飲み干せそう（笑
しめは雑炊とちゃんぽん麺と悩みましたが他にタコ飯を頼んでいたのでちゃんぽん麺に。あーラーメンだ（笑
料理全体は美味しい。ただ値段がやや高めなので居酒屋で飲むというより食事をするというイメージ。次はもう一つのお勧めの馬刺しを食べに行きます( ・∇・)

If you write your birthday on your last visit, you will receive a special postcard that will arrive in your birthday month. Surprisingly, horse sashimi is free! This alone seems worth the trip, but the other main dish here, Hot Pot, is just as delicious, but Ramen is the finishing touch. This is more delicious than Ramen (chicken hot water) around here! !
