For some reason, since the end of the year, I've been thinking about the idea of visiting a castle and having Gyoza / Dumpling as a set, and I felt like I had to eat something on the way back from Gifu Castle, so I came here. It's located near Gifu Station on the Meitetsu line, and the signboard is very conspicuous. Although it was before the evening when it was empty, it was a shop where you could feel like you could drink during the day. The so-called Gyoza / Dumpling set meal seemed to be filling and satisfying, but I had it with a beer and a highball. Gyoza / Dumpling had thick skin and was very filling. It tastes like fried Xiaolongbao (raw roast) in Shanghai, and has plenty of meat juice.
