岐阜市住田町にある飛ぶ鳥を落とす勢いの焼肉チェーン、煙力さんです。
主に東海地方を中心に店舗増殖中の煙力さん。
丸虎焼売店さんでめちゃめちゃ旨い焼売と唐揚げを楽しんだ後に訪問しました。
東海レビュアーの私ですが、煙力さんは初利用です。
ワクワク！！！
注文したのは以下。

★塩ぶり
どちらも煙力さんの名物料理。
結論、めちゃめちゃ旨い！！！
とろタン
素人の私の見立てではタン中くらいの部位かな？
この値段でタン中提供は企業努力。
ただタン中にしてもとろとろ。まさにとろタン！！！
タレもいいよねぇーとろとろを助長します。
塩ぶり
ぶりはブリスケのこと。
ブリスケは前足の付け根付近のお肉。
カルビよりも脂が少なく、ほどよい感じ。
それを塩で。
この部位をうすーくスライスしているのがいいね。
肉の旨味を堪能できるのにさっぱりと。
2軒目のちょい飲み利用でしたが、クオリティ高くお値打ちな焼肉に脱帽。
これは人気が出るはずですね。
