一番印象に残っているのは
鴨のローストの付け合せの野菜。
シンプルな味付けなのにうまし！
これも無添加、オーガニックのなせる技か。
岐阜コーラは美味しい薬草という印象。
クラフトコーラやクラウドファンディングなど
今どきなアプローチを行う同店。
これからも取り組みに注目したいわー。
