Natural Base。
昨年末、美殿町にオープンしたばかりのお店。
場所は冷麺の「hachi」の西隣。
もとは漬物屋だった建物を、リノベーションした雰囲気の良いお店。
今回、日曜のランチで利用させていただきました。
いただいたのはランチメニューから
・冷製搾りたてナッツ担々米粉麺
・発酵恵那鶏骨付きスパイスカレー
・N.Bバーガー
麺は米粉、スープにはナッツを使った担々麺。
赤身の噛みごたえしっかりグラスフェッドビーフ100%のパテに「シノン」さんのバンズを使ったハンバーガー。
こだわり&個性をしっかり持ったランチで、とっても美味しかったです。
お店の雰囲気も良く、接客も丁寧。
ただ、ドリンクがセットではなく別料金となると、こだわったドリンクがいただけるとは言え、ランチではちょっと値段はお高めかな。
現在この美殿町近辺、昔からあるお店から新しいお店まで、岐阜の激アツゾーンとなってます。
徒歩数分圏内に、様々なジャンルのお店がある素敵なエリアです。
