I was wondering why they were promoting beef from Hokkaido, but apparently cows are sensitive to heat and resistant to cold, so cows raised in Hokkaido, which has a suitable environment, are less stressed and have sweeter meat. It seems to increase and become softer. Also, by purchasing a whole head of Tokachi beef, they are able to provide rare parts at a high freshness and at a low price.
