Good evening. This is a chocolate artist.This time I went to [Ichigo] which is rumored to have opened recently (read: Ichigo).It seems to have opened around October, and it is on the 3rd floor of a building at the scramble intersection in front of Meitetsu Gifu Station. There was a sign outside so it was easy to find. When I entered the restaurant, a koto was playing, and the staff guided me to my seat.The atmosphere was full of Japanese style, and the seats were completely private, so I was able to enjoy a calm meal. What I thought was the best thing was the staff's response! I was able to spend a pleasant time from the time I entered the store to the time I left, thanks to their polite language and attention to detail! The dishes are also shown in the photos, and all of them are of high quality, taste, and freshness.This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Gifu's Local Cuisine recommend it when you come to Gifu for sightseeing.The one that was especially delicious was the [Hida Beef Poku] It was the first time I had eaten Hoba miso itself, and the sweet fat of the Hida beef and the flavor of Hoba miso matched so well that I wanted to go back to try it again. --------------------------------- Business hours are 12:00 to 3:00, seven days a week. That's right, but when I asked about lunch time, I was told that reservations are required. --------------------------------------- Why not go there once?
