I went to Dokudami for the first time in a while. I was served a hearty selection, and the drinks were light highballs throughout. Six hours later, I finished with fried rice, miso Viet Cong Ramen, and Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). It was a push to the limit that was appropriate for a cheat day. Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is especially recommended.
