This is an udon restaurant in Hashima City, Gifu Prefecture. This restaurant seems to be an affiliate of Utaandon, a restaurant I have been to before in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. I ordered the chilled thin udon lunch. The set consisted of chilled thin udon, chirashi Sushi, Tempura, and chawanmushi. The thin udon was cool and chewy. The condiments included spring onions, ginger, and shiso leaves. Tempura consisted of two shrimp, sweet potato, and shiso leaves. The chirashi Sushi had a nice flavor of vinegared rice and included lotus root, shredded egg, and more. The chawanmushi was nicely plump.
