久々の岐阜出張。
早々に切り上げて帰ろーと思っていたら、なかなか終わらず、気づけば14:30…
ネットを検索すると通しでやっているこちらのお店を発見。
昔、うま屋さんのチャーハンのなんちゃらって聞いたことあるなぁとふんわりした記憶と、ランチが15時までと書いてあったので、こちらのお店に行くことに。
小さめの一軒家。
大きな看板に駐車場は10数台ほど。時間が遅いからか店内は2組のみ。
・特製ラーメン ランチセット ¥620
ランチタイムは620円でライスと、おつけものが付いてきます。ラーメンはネギ抜きでお願いしました。
香辛料おつけしますか？
と聞いていただきましたので、紅しょうがと辛味ニラをお願いしました。
店員さんが親切で、厨房の方も掛け声をハキハキかけていて好意が持てます^_^
しばらくして、ラーメンセットが着。まずはスープを、、とすすると、はじめに感じたのは、豚骨の独特の臭み。鼻にふわっとひっかかります。
しかし麺をすすり、食べ進めていくとその香りは特に感じなくなりました。
麺の細さは中細くらいです。
中には柔らかいチャーシューが。チャーシューとライスがよく合います。
トッピングの香辛料も味のアクセントになっていい感じです^_^
次はチャーハン食べてみようかなぁと思いました。
