I was planning to visit a deep tonkotsu Ramen shop in front of Tetsuinuyama Station, but it wasn't open until after 12:00, so I was completely hooked on tonkotsu Ramen. , I visited this tonkotsu Ramen shop for the first time, which was already a BM. This shop opened in August of last year on the site of Menba Hanamichi-san, but the area is a competitive Ramen area with many famous shops, and the same tenant is Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles) restaurant. is expanding. On my first visit, instead of the default tonkotsu Ramen, I chose black foam tonkotsu Ramen (900 yen), which is made with merian oil. The soup is an espuma soup made by lathering the basic pork bone soup, and it has a pleasant taste. The pork bone soup is mixed with black pepper oil made from charred garlic, and I think it's a soup that will appeal to everyone. The topping is rare char siu, which is rare for tonkotsu Ramen, and the char siu is delicious and of a very high quality.
