シャレたパン屋さん・・実は2回目の訪問

垂井の知人から、「私たちはグルマンヴィタルのパンで育ったの」と聞いていたので、そんな昔からあるんだ〜と変に感心してました。JR垂井駅のすぐ近くの国道沿いにあり、店内はちょっと広めで動きやすいシックな造りです。フランスパン系が美味しいとのことでしたが、やっぱり何がいいか・・・あれこれ迷ってしまいます。プリンやソーダ水で割って食べるフルーツゼリー、クッキー類などもあり楽しい時間を過ごしました。カフェは閉店時間を過ぎていたので、イートインスペースで食べて飲んで・・・あっ思い出した。10年前に伊吹山に行った時に来たよね。ということで本日2回目でした。
買ったのは、写真のクリームパンと大きな柔らかいフランスパンみたいなやつ＋プリンやクッキーやらいろいろ。クリームパンもモチモチで柔らかくて美味しいんだけど、このフランスパンみたいなやつがさらにとっても美味しい。ハム、卵焼き、野菜などをサンドして食べると最高です。柔らかく、でもヘナヘナでなく、しっかり形を保ちながら、薄めの塩味＋ほんのりとした甘味があり、サンドイッチ専門店のモーニングサンドを食べるような。ふふっ 毎朝楽しんでます。ぜひまた買いに行きたいですね♪
