今日は仕事の締めなので焼肉屋で打ち上げをする。
何時に仕事が終わるか判らなかったので
夕方4:30に当日予約。
混んでるお店では年末の当日予約は駄目だろうけど
何故かすんなりと予約が取れた！
その理由は後から知ることに？(笑)

12/29 16:55頃、駐車場に到着。

店舗のあるマンションの東側にある。

お店に入店する。
入口で靴を脱いで足の掘られたお座敷席に案内された。
メニューを拝見する。
食べ放題を頼むも、、、
「今日は厳しいですねえ」
との話。
何が厳しいんだ？(笑)
食べ放題ってその日の気分である、なし、
決めないだろう？
年末のこの時期だからなのか？

普通に美味しい。

水っぽいけれど普通な味わい。

テッチャンというよりも腸壁ばかりな皮っぽい感じ。
脂感は一切無い。
カラッカラな焼き上がり。
○ハラミ盛り合わせ
お肉が見た目、何だか綺麗な感じではないんだよねえ。
普通な味わい。
○ファミリー盛り合わせ
ランチの天ぷらで余りお腹が空いてないので
カルビは一切れ、二切れだけ食べたけれど
硬い食感かな？
美味しさも普通。
○特選盛り合わせ
大きなステーキ肉が目を引く盛り合わせ。
ハサミで切って食べるみたい。
すごく脂身、多くないか？
僕はほとんどてっちゃんばかり食べたから良いけど？(笑)
○てっちゃん
硬い感じの脂身と腸壁。
旨味（甘み）はあんまり？
これだけ食べて3人で15,598円
多少お安い感じはするけれど、値段相応？
A5の飛騨牛と食べログの説明には
書いてあったけれど、、、？(笑)
前の方の写真見ると炭を入れてるけれど、
今はガスバーナー。
偏って設置してあった為、片側は滅法焼けて、
手前はほとんど焼けない(笑)

対応はほとんどアルバイトの若い男性店員さん。
機転が効く感じではなかった。
