最初に出てきた飛騨牛ユッケとタンの食べ比べ！
ユッケはここ最近食べた中ではトップクラス
飛騨牛っていう素材の良さももちろんだけど
スライスのサイズもちょうど良い！
とにかく旨味の強いユッケでした
タンの食べ比べは厚切りのタンと
薄い方のタンでも食感最高！
厚切りのタンは焼けたらハサミで切って
丼に盛り付けて牛タン丼にしました！
これも甘み、旨みたっぷりでめっちゃ美味い！
薄い方のタンも塩ダレがご飯にめちゃくちゃ合う
そして超新鮮なレバー！
あんまりレバーって好きじゃないんだけど
お店のイチオシということで注文！
臭みもパサつきも全然なく激うま
レバーあんまり好きじゃない僕ですら美味しいと思ったので
