こんばんわ。
本日は大垣駅に用事があり、夜飯にチャングイさんにお邪魔しました。
自分は野菜味噌ラーメンを注文。
具材はシンプルでキャベツ、もやし、ニラ、にんじん。汁もそこまで味噌の主張は強すぎず野菜の甘味と味噌のコクで飲みやすい味でした。
連れがベトコンラーメンを注文。
ベトコンには野菜ラーメンの具材にシイタケときくらげが加わり、だいぶ辛めの味でした。
担々麺と同じ辛さみたいなので、辛さには注意です！
調整もして頂けるようなのでご参考に。
また、サイドメニューでは水餃子とごま団子。
特に、水餃子がもちもちの生地で上に乗っている紅葉おろしがいいアクセントになってとても美味しかったです。ごま団子は安定です。
また、大垣駅に行く際はお邪魔します。
