ステーキとハンバーグのお店です。
肉のグラム数が選べたり、肉はオープンキッチンのようなところで網焼きで焼いているところが観られたり、ぶどう牛のステーキやご飯も魚沼産コシヒカリを使うなどこだわりが感じられますが、
味は普通で値段は少々高く感じられます。
（例：ぶどう牛150グラムのステーキランチがライス・スープ・サラダバーつきで２０８０円、
がんこハンバーグランチは１０８０円）
ハンバーグもグラム数が選べ、プラス料金がかかますがトマトソースやチーズなど追加できます。
いくつか種類を食べましたが、どれも味が薄くトマトソースにいたっては中に入っていたアスパラが煮込んだ割り箸か！？と思うくらい筋ばってて硬く、とてもたべられたもんじゃありませんでした。
基本のハンバーグソースが一番おいしかったです。
サラダバーは充実しており、生野菜のほかにも生野菜にひと手間加えたお惣菜のようなものや冷たいパスタがあったり、大きなクルトンやベーコンのトッピングがあったりファミレスのサラダバーとは一味違ってあれもこれもといろいろ食べたくなります。
それから、卓上に置いてある小梅とふりかけのサービスがうれしいです。
どちらも好きなのでご飯がすすみます。
昼夜どちらも行きましたが、接客には笑顔がなく気遣いもあまり感じられません。
魅力はサラダバーといったところでしょうか。
