大垣の昼食はとんかつにしました。
味噌かつがメニューのトップ。看板メニューと分かりましたが、今日はさっぱりと行きたい気分。お店の名前がついた ゆきみかつにしました。
ロースはの厚みは中くらい。脂は少なめでしたが、肉の味はとても良い。上の載った大根おろしに特製のたれをかけていただきました。美味しいです。
付け合せの野菜サラダ、ポテサラも自然な味です。赤出しの味噌汁、切干し大根の小鉢も同様の印象でした。強いて言えば漬物だけは一連の料理とちょっと違ってました。
お勘定は 1,200円。実質的な内容が良いです。ご馳走様でした。
