大垣にある和菓子屋さん。
大垣城の真横くらいある。
餅系の和菓子が多いが、焼き菓子なども豊富に取り揃えている。
このお店は特に水まんじゅうが有名だが、夏はその上にかき氷を載せたものが人気。
今回は夏らしくこちらをオーダーした。
〇水まん氷（850円）
八角形の枡で提供。
さらさらの氷に砂糖シロップ。
要するにミゾレだ。
純白の氷を掘り進めると中に水まんじゅうが顔を出す。
水まんじゅうはぷるぷるのくず餅？
わらび餅？
その中にこし餡。
こちらが3個入っていた。
冷え冷えのなのでまた夏に良い。
ちょっといいお値段はするが暑い日には食べておきたい一品だった。
