お昼にこのお店を訪れました。
同じ思いの、お客さんで満席でした。
空いていたカウンター席に案内されました。
たくさんのパターンのセットメニューが在ります。
肉そばだけだと、680円ですがセットにすると800円～900円になります。
表示が税抜き表示なので支払い時は注意がいりそうです。

麺 ストレート中細麺
トッピング 薄切り豚バラ肉 海苔 刻み葱 モミジおろし
鉄板炒飯が先に提供されました。
熱々の鉄板に炒飯載っていて、配膳されたところで
鉄板にとき卵をかけられ、自分で混ぜて仕上げを行います。
大勢の人をさばくには、もってこいのシステムです。
熱々で、冷めにくく美味しい炒飯でした。
肉そばも、いつも通りの味付けで
固ゆでされた麺が豚バラ薄切りと
カエシ+豚骨がバランスした、間違いない美味しいラーメンランチでした。
混雑していても、30分程で昼食を済ませれるので
サラリーマンにはありがたいお店です。
