三が日も最終日、仕事始めがもうそこまで来ています。
嫌です。
それでもお腹は減ります。夕食時もピークの19:00ですが待ち時間はありませんでした。ラッキーです。スシローは何と言ってもイワシが安定して美味しいので好きな回転寿司チェーンの一角を担ってくれています。
年末年始の連休は、仕入れの物流も普段どうりとはいかないだろうから(大きなチェーンは違うのか？)ネタの鮮度の管理には気を使いそうですが、今日のイワシも脂の乗り◎身の厚さ◎体高も良く鮮度も◎でした。さらにはスシローのイワシは〆加減が気持ち浅めだと思うんです。それが魚の風味を十分に味わうことができて一皿でも満足感が大きいと思います。
アジも◎です。みずみずしくて味もしっかりとしていて生臭く無い。美味しいアジでした。スシローの光り物の質はとても良いですね。
あとは、イカや白子、軍艦などを楽しみ茶碗蒸しも頂きました。茶碗蒸しも安い割に銀杏が入っていて嬉しいですね。
1番安いお寿司でも一皿¥120- 値上がりはしましたが、それでも企業努力を感じるコスパです。
