自家焙煎した最上級のコーヒー豆を使った珈琲専門店だが、コーヒーだけでなく、ワッフルもとても美味しい。ワッフルはあんこがトッピングされた和風ワッフルとミックスベリーがふんだんに使われたフルーツワッフルがあってフルーツワッフルを頂いた。
コーヒーを練り込んだ生地をワッフル焼き機（本格的）を使い、バニラ、エスプレッソ（フルーツワッフルはストロベリーも選べる）から選べるアイスと生クリームをマスターがきれいに並べ出されるワッフルはフォトジェニックフードと言える代物だ。
味も外はカリっと中はフワッとした食感を生み出していて生クリームは甘すぎずフルーツの味を邪魔していない。甘いもの好きにとてもおすすめしたい。珈琲と一緒に食べると珈琲がより引き立つ。
