大垣にある『アドゥエパッシ』さんで超パルマ会
お昼は1部、2部と分かれておりお昼の2部でお邪魔しました！
公式Instagramで情報が流れてからすぐお電話で予約
後から知りましたがキャンセル待ちが出るなど、かなり貴重なお席だった様です。
名古屋から車で40分ほど
あの有名なボンダボンのペルシュウが食べられるお店は
全国で限られており、こちらのお店はそのうちの１つ
数年前に初めてこちらのお店でペルシュウを食べてから虜に！
コロナなどで久しぶりに開催されるパルマ会
とても楽しみにしておりました！
初参加だったので
お料理はコースなのか？ペルシュウはどの様に提供されるのか？始まるまでのお楽しみ
例年との比較は分かりませんが、今回の詳細は下記でした
●ペルシュウは1皿2,200円
熟成期間を選んでオーダー出来る
（20ヶ月、30ヶ月、70ヶ月ハーフ）
●パスタは6種類（内ラヴィオリが4種）
●メインは5種類（豚2種、牛、馬、兎）
●デザート3種類
あとはスープとイタリア産のメロンもオーダー可能
パスタ、メイン何品以上頼まないとダメなどのルールはなく
各自好きなものを好きなだけオーダーするスタイル
ペルシュウをお腹いっぱいに食べたかったので
（2人で4皿食べました）
メインはやめておきましたが、
大好きなラヴィオリを2種類オーダー
スープとメロン、グラスワインにビールで2人で17,000円くらい
トルタフリッタとペルシュウの相性は最高❤️
お料理も最高に美味しいお店なので
