こんなに安くて大丈夫？！
久しぶりの岐阜グルメ旅。食通の友人から「岐阜に行くなら、絶対にここのフルコースを食べろ」と勧められ、11000円の一番高いコースディナーを予約した。
駅近でも無く、繁華街でもない、決して良いロケーションとは言えない、大垣のこんなところに、こんなに美味しいものを提供するレストランがあったなんて！と、びっくりするくらい美味しいものが出てきました。東京で食べたら二、三万円くらいするであろうボリュームとクオリティ。満足感とコストのバランスで言ったら、もしかして日本一なのかもしれない。
まずは、イタリアの生ビール（青いリボンという名前のペローニ ナストロアズーロ）770円で乾杯。
前菜は3つ
□ペルシュウ（パルマ生ハム）とタルトフリッタ
なんと、岐阜県関市にパルマの伝統的な製法で生ハムを作っている生産者がいるらしく、そこの生ハムを、これまたパルマの伝統的な食べ方であるタルトフリッタ（揚げパン）に載せて食べる。24ヶ月熟成の、なんとも上品な生ハムで口に含んだ瞬間にすーっと溶けだす。まずは、生ハムだけで味わった後にタルトフリッタに載せて食べたら、もう、口の中は幸せで溢れる。
ここからは、ワインのペアリングをお任せで頼みました。どんなワインと合わせたかは、写真をご覧下さい。
□イサキのカルパッチョ
今までの人生で一番美味しいカルパッチョかも。皮目を炙った香ばしさとプリプリの身。記憶があいまいだが、確か枕崎産とのこと。柿とマスカルポーネチーズとのマリアージュも完璧。恐れ入りました。
□タラの白子のカツレツ
これは説明がいらない。写真の見た目通りの美味しさ。
Primo（パスタ）
□イノシシと黒トリュフのビゴリ
イノシシと黒トリュフという、暴力的なうま味をビゴリという太麺パスタに和えた、完璧なひと皿。フルボディの赤ワインと合わない訳がない。
□リコッタチーズのラビオリ
パルマ風のラビオリ。シンプルイズベスト、とはまさにこのこと。シンプルなものだけにここまで美味しく作るには、何もごまかさず、ひたすら真面目に食材と向き合った結果。シェフの誠実さが伝わってくる。このお皿はメニューには無かったけれども、こちらの事前の要望（フルコースが食べたい！）で追加してもらいました。ありがたい。
Secondi（メイン）
□金目鯛のソテー
ここまででうま味を感じすぎて、舌が疲れるくらいでした。火入れが完璧。金目鯛もソースも無茶苦茶うまい。
□牛フィレ肉の赤ワインソース
柔らかすぎるフィレ肉。酔ってて記憶があいまいだが、確か、鹿児島の黒毛和牛。岐阜だから飛騨牛かと思いきや、ノンブランドだけど美味しいものをセレクトして安く美味しいものを食べてもらいたいという姿勢が素晴らしい。とにかく、ほっぺが落ちそうでした（笑）
□デザートとエスプレッソ
コース料理、ワインペアリング、そして追加のお皿、全て合わせて16000円でお釣りが来ました。なんたるコスパ。思わず、「こんなに安くて大丈夫なんですか？」と聞いてしまった。高くて美味しいというので無く、このお店は、美味しくて手頃な値段を目指しているとのこと。そんな一番難しいことを岐阜の大垣市でもう10年も続けてらっしゃるとのこと。その情熱、信念に感服。素晴らしいお店ですね。

前日のディナーがあまりに美味しくて、翌日の予約も入れてしまった。前日がフルコースだったので、少しは軽めの7700円のコースをセレクト。2日連続だから、同じ料理でもいいと思って来店したら、全然違う品々。シェフの引き出しの多さ、技術の高さに恐れ入りました。
誕生日や記念日に来店すると、声楽を本格的に勉強された奥様のそれはそれは美しいソプラノが聞けるので、記念日に行くのもおすすめ。
