I decided to go here because it was recommended by the front desk of Hotel Goody Ogaki where I was staying. The restaurant is spacious, with counter and table seats, and a banquet hall on the second floor. There was a group of customers there that day, and the staff was busy. First, the recommended addictive tonchan. It is pork intestines marinated in a sweet and spicy sauce, and it is plump and crunchy, and the more you chew it, the more delicious it becomes. Let's go! Hida beef thick-sliced tongue. It's thick, so it's very satisfying! Hida beef kappa. It's red tendon meat between the skin and fat of the front belly, and the fat is delicious! Shirokoro horumon. It's fattier and more jiggly than the first "tonchan" I ate. I got plenty of collagen. I have to eat vegetables too! Green salad. Bean sprout namul and kimchi. At this point, I also had Salted beef tongue. Of course, I had the grill replaced. Chicken breast♪ Wagyu beef innards♪ Giara (fourth stomach)♪ Tetchan♪ And to finish, Namachan red wiener♪ "Namachan" is apparently a fish sausage lol Thank you for the meal♪ With five draft beers, the total came to 8,760 yen!
